Europe & International

• We are happy to ship to any country but please send us an email with your address details for an individual quote - contact@umerm.co.uk

• We will respond with a shipping quote and approximate delivery times.

Order Information

• Orders will be processed within 2 - 3 working days.

• You will receive an email confirming your order.

• Prints will be wrapped in protective packaging and posted through a courier.

• You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

• If you are uphappy with your purchase please email us with your order number stating the reasons why.

• We will issue a full refund, providing that the print is returned within 14 days from the date of delivery in a saleable condition with the original packaging.

• Customers wil be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
